Shipping

Orders are processed in 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

- US: typically 3–5 business days

- International: typically 7–21 business days (customs processing may add extra time)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original packaging.

Not eligible for return: custom/personalized items, final-sale items, and items showing signs of use.

To start a return, contact us at info@sellowmart.com within the return window and include your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

- Return shipping: the customer is responsible unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

- Refunds: issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected, usually within 5–10 business days

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
